Kanha is well known for Tiger Reserve in India situated in Madhya Pradesh. Neareast Rail Station is Jabalpur aprox 7 to 8 hr.drive. One has to get Bus or private car from Jabalpur to Kanha. Kanha Tiger Resorve is biger then Bandhavgarh National Park& has 2 gate to enter. One gate name is Kisli & another one name is Mukki. Kisli gate is near to the Kanha Bus stand & Mukkigate is around 45 min drive from Kisli Gate.

The climate is very good, but in afternoon its hot so my suggestion is to stay in resort only during afternoon. The parkoperate from October to May only, it's remain close in monsoon. One can spot different typs of birds & mamles along withthe tigers. The density of tiger is less in Kanha then Bandhavgarh. The perfect time to vist the Park is in winter & summer.

The budget resort to stay in Kanha near Kisli Gate is Tiger Woods Resort & anothe 3 star property is Tuli Resort & Corridors. And Taj CC Safaris has it property near Mukki Gate named "Banjar Tola" on the bank of River Banjar.
